Wigs that are titled as (ready to ship) are pre made ready to ship and are shipped within 2-4 days (excluding weekends or holidays) with USPS
Wigs that do not have ready to ship in the title are custom made by order and have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks depending on the item you order, email through our contact form for questions about products.
if you order a wig that is ready to ship with a wig that is not ready to ship the order will not be shipped until the item that is made by order is ready since only one shipping fee is paid they do not ship separately.
Shipping carrier we use:
USPS priority mail is used to ship all items, Once shipped out priority mail is usually delivered within 2 to 4 days within the US.
International shipping:
is available Upon request by United States Postal Service if you do not see it already listed for a specific item. Your country may charge a customs fee to receive the package we are not responsible for those fees, and you must contact your country of origin before placing order to know if those fees are applicable.
Lost packages:
If your item is marked as delivered by USPS and you cannot locate it you must contact USPS directly and give them your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
